WHO WE ARE
One shape, endless lives
The kaftan has travelled further than almost any garment we own β from the Maghreb to the Gulf, from the Mediterranean to the resort wardrobes of the world. Its genius is its simplicity: a shape that falls from the shoulder, flatters without gripping, and adapts to whatever the day asks of it.
Naylara designs across that whole range. Fluid everyday pieces, tailored day dresses, silk-look evening cuts, and β at the far end β the ceremonial Moroccan pieces our house was built on.
OUR CRAFT
Fabric first, always
Everything begins with the cloth. Breathable cottons and linens for the pieces you live in, fluid viscose and satin for the ones you dress up, chosen for how they feel after a long day rather than how they photograph.
Each style is fitted on real bodies and adjusted until it drapes the way we imagined it β the same standard whether the piece costs a Tuesday or a celebration.
FROM DAY TO CEREMONY
Where our roots show
At the ceremonial end of the collection sit the pieces that take the longest: embroidered takchitas and gold-trimmed gowns made for weddings, engagements and Eid, finished with hand-applied sfifa braid and aakad loops in the Moroccan tradition.
These take weeks to complete, and we would rather make fewer of them than shorten that work β it is the standard the rest of the collection is measured against.
