Note : Shipping charges for Alaska and Hawaii are set at $10.99 on all orders that must be delivered to these regions.

 

IS THERE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, it is available in your member area if you have created one. If you order as a guest, you will be sent an email with an order summary and a number to track your package in real time.

I HAVE ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS BUT HAVE ONLY RECEIVED ONE ITEM SO FAR.

Some products may be shipped separately, in several different packages. This is the case of some packs and costumes in the store. Don't worry, all the products you have ordered will be delivered on time.

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please double-check your address at checkout. Naylara cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to redirect the package.

 

DELIVERY DELAYS

Certain events may cause delays in deliveries (vacations, strikes, public holidays, climatic phenomena, health reasons or other reasons beyond our control). We are not responsible for these events beyond our control. We will do our utmost to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, modifications or cancellations may not be possible once the order is in fulfillment. Please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.
