14-day returns.

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with tags attached.
  • Members: start it from Order History. Guest orders: email us with your order number. We send you a return authorisation, then you have 14 days to post the parcel back.
  • Faulty or damaged on arrival? We cover the return postage with a prepaid label. For a change of mind or a size issue, return postage is yours.
  • We do not run direct exchanges — return for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want.

Care Instructions

Each Naylara piece is cut from delicate fabric — satin, silk, cotton or fine polyester — and many are finished by hand with beading, embroidery or feather trims. A little care keeps them looking new season after season.

  • Wash cold and gently. Hand wash at 30°C / 86°F, or use your machine on a delicate cycle inside a mesh laundry bag. Wash separately the first time: deep and hand-dyed colours can transfer.
  • Mild detergent only. Never bleach, never soak, and skip the fabric softener on satin — it dulls the sheen.
  • Beaded, sequinned or feather-trimmed pieces are dry clean only. Washing loosens hand-set embellishment.
  • Dry flat, in the shade. Never tumble dry: heat shrinks satin and sets creases permanently. Reshape the garment while it is still damp.
  • Iron on the lowest setting, inside out, with a cloth between the iron and the fabric. A hand steamer held a few inches away is faster and safer.
  • Perfume and hairspray first, dress after. Alcohol stains satin and silk permanently — let it dry on your skin before slipping the kaftan on.
  • Store on a padded hanger inside a breathable garment bag. Heavily beaded pieces are better folded loosely with tissue, so their weight does not stretch the shoulders.

The care label sewn into your garment always takes precedence over this general guidance.
